  • Avoid gluten
  • Eat products like fish oil, yogurt and goldenseal
  • Drinking soothing teas like chamomile tea, horsetail tea also help.
  • Eating more vegetablesfruits, meat and poultry.  However, keep in mind that the more processed or unnatural a food is the more likely it will be to have gluten.
  • You may require high levels of calcium, foliate, iron, Vitamin B-12, Vitamin D, Vitamin K, and zinc in your diet.
  • Foods you should ban from your diet: 
    • Barley, including malt and malt vinegar
    • Rye
    • Triticale, which is a cross between wheat and rye
    • Wheat and wheat flours such as semolina, farina, durum, graham, kamut, and spelt.
